TYSON FURY has told Piers Morgan that he will hand him £1MILLION if he ever returns to the ring.
The Gypsy King delivered a brutal uppercut to down Dillian Whyte at Wembley to retain his WBC world title in April.
The 33-year-old then announced his retirement and has continued to reiterate it since, denying boxing fans the opportunity to see him take on the winner of Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk’s rematch to unify the heavyweight decision.
However, now his wife Paris says there’s “still a glint in his eye” and reckons he hasn’t hung up his gloves for good.
Speaking to Piers Morgan on TalkTV tonight she said: “I’d like him to retire but there’s something in the back of my mind saying he’s itching for another fight.
“It’s there – Woman’s instinct. There’s something still calling him out there. As the wife, I just look and wonder ‘are you done?’
“I hope he is. I hope he chooses another path but honestly, I think there is a question mark there.”
Morgan then asked whether he could be tempted by a British bumper bout with Joshua or Usyk, to which Fury replied: “No, you know, I don’t care who wins the fight. I wish them both all the luck in the world.
“I told you I was done seven weeks ago. And then there’s some talk to me having some exhibition fights, but to be honest with you, I can’t see that coming off either.
“I’ve got no interest in fighting anymore… enough is enough for me.
BETTING SPECIAL – GET £40 IN FREE BETS FOR ASCOT
“I put a ridiculous number on today. I said I’ll come back for half a billy, half a billion pounds. That’s £500million. If that’s not ridiculous… I don’t know what is!
“When that number is on the table, I would definitely look at it. Half a billy is half a billy.”
Then came the moment that Fury laid the bet with the Morgan.
The host asked him: “How about if you do fight again, you give me a million pounds?”
To which Tyson replied: “If I am getting half a billion for my fight it won’t matter will it. Yep, 100 per cent!”
Meanwhile, Paris also denied recent rumors that she was pregnant again on the show.
And Fury also commented on the recent viral video of former boxer Julius Francis, now a doorman, knocking out a customer at BoxPark.
He defended the ex-heavyweight and advised: “Don’t be cheeky to big men.”
